Mike Novakoski, Partner at Become Unmistakable, President & CEO of Elzinga & Volkers (EV) and the EV Group has over 30 years of experience in the Leadership, Construction, and Staffing industries. Mike is a lifelong learner; in addition to an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Mike holds an MBA, has attended numerous leadership programs, completed 240 hours of intense study to receive an "Innovation Management Certification" and most recently completed a 3-year Owner/President Management program through Harvard Business School.
