2022 - Leveraging Family Business Dynamics to Create an Engaged Workforce

According to Gallup, nearly 50% of workers are either actively searching or watching job postings and one in four U.S. employees say they have been recruited in the past three months. Is your organization at risk? Do you worry about losing essential employees? Employers that focus on and generate high employee engagement enjoy 18% to 43% lower turnover than employers with low engaged teams. Which category are you? Is it time to take advantage of the Great Reboot?

In a survey, Gallup recently asked 13,000 U.S. employees what was most important to them when deciding whether to accept a new job offered by a new employer. The following were the most frequently stated reasons:

  2. Greater work flexibility, work/life balance and wellbeing
  3. Better job fit – ability to do what they do best
  4. Greater job security
  5. Aligned COVID vaccination policies
  6. Diversity and inclusiveness of the employer
