Tom has over twenty years of experience as an executive coach, facilitator, and speaker, and regularly works with clients to help transform their families and their businesses. Tom is a certified business coach and has a Doctorate in Leadership from George Washington University. He is currently an adjunct instructor in VCU’s Executive MBA Program.
