15th Annual Family Business Forum: A Story of Family Business Transformation

Not many companies have been replaced by the raging technology of the 8-track player and are still here to speak of it. Learn how FIDELITONE transformed its company from a phonograph needle manufacturer to a third-party logistics provider. Hear about their journey as a privately-held company, the key drivers that helped their transformation, and how the company continues to sustain growth.

Joining us to share local stories of family business transformation will be Emily Loeks with Studio C and Jeff Lumpp from Hylant. 

As Chief Financial Officer, Ross Hudson oversees FIDELITONE’s Accounting/ Finance, Human Resources/ Payroll, and Billing Departments. His teams are responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of the company’s finances, hiring and developing talent as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Hudson represents the fourth generation of family members to be a part of the business joining FIDELITONE in January 2009 as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions. His expertise in M&A has helped FIDELITONE to grow the business by successful acquisitions with companies in last-mile delivery, inbound logistics, and order fulfillment.

Prior to joining FIDELITONE, Hudson held positions in Property Financing and Sales at Catalyst Securities in Manchester, England and in Audit & Attestation Services at Deloitte & Touche in Boston.

Hudson has a B.S. in Finance from Miami of Ohio, a Masters in Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
