Leaders\, Next Gen (both in and outside the business) as well as spouses are invited and encouraged to attend. The event will feature facilitated table conversations with peers. We aim to build community and spark authentic conversations between women in the family business.  \n\nAbout our Facilitator: Amy E. Szostak\n\nAmy E. Szostak has gained insights into how families successfully navigate sustainable intergenerational wealth. She works with families to identify their goals\, develop a common purpose\, create a framework for decision-making\, execute succession plans\, deliver financial literacy curriculum and cultivate a growing appreciation for the impact of wealth beyond the balance sheet.
