Build stronger\, deeper relationships with FBA members   both inside and outside of your Peer Group while also experiencing how you can create more value in your peer group experience. Learn new ways of communicating as a leader and family member that will empower the people around you and build better relationships. \n\n \n\n"My experience with the moderator training and spending the afternoon with members from other peer groups was great. From Patty\, I learned the power of peer groups talking beyond tips and tricks and being vulnerable for deeper connection.  My peer group learned how to align on the group's purpose.
