SUMMARY:Building Bridges: Integrating Non-Family Executives Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us as we delve into the world of family businesses and their unique challenges with a series of real-life case study scenarios. Guided by experts\, participants will gain valuable insights into the challenges faced by non-family executives and the strategies they've employed to overcome them. Whether you currently have key non-family employees or are considering expanding your leadership teams\, this event will provide valuable considerations and best-practices. \n\n\n\nAbout the Speakers:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBill Stranberg\, Partner\, Stranberg Resource Group\n\nBill is a Partner with Stranberg Resource Group and is experienced in multi-industry\, multi-discipline executive search and recruitment.
